Magda Odendaal is Progamme manager for both the Postgraduate diploma in Finance and Accounting (PGDFA) and the Postgraduate diploma in Internal Auditing (PGDIA) at IIE MSA in the School of Finance and of Accounting. Her interest lies in cost and management accounting and she has more than 20 years of experience teaching in this field. She is currently teaching Internal planning and Control and Risk Management on the PGDFA.
She pursued her M.Comm (cum laude) in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria and is a chartered accountant. She has an interest in blended learning, both doing research in the field and using it to enhance the teaching experience.
