Step 1:

Select your programme, confirm that you meet the Local or International academic requirements and the English language requirements for the degree or programme you’d like to study.  It is important that you write down your specific programme code.
(Give special attention to the different programme codes for the IIE executive programmes designed for working professionals)
e.g.
The programme code for the IIE Bachelor of Business Science (specialising in Accounting) is 4413
The programme code for the IIE Bachelor of Business Science (majoring in Accounting, or Economics, or Management or Marketing) is 4415

Step 2:

Please be advised that you are required to upload specific documents in order for your application to be processed successfully. Please refer to the check list below:

  • Certified copy of your secondary results – (Grade 11 final NSC results or Grade 12 midterm results are accepted)
  • Certified Academic Transcripts (if applicable)
  • Certified South African ID document or Certified International Passport
  • English Test Scores (if applicable)
  • Curriculum Vitae (if applicable)

Some qualifications will also require a grading scale and Unit Outline. Ensure all soft/electronic copies are clear and legible.

You can apply for credit for previous study (advanced standing) by completing the form for Advanced Standing (pdf, 144Kb) – attach this to your application so it can be processed at the same time.
